It looks like someone’s MPEG compressor decided to leave out keyframes and turned a normal music video into this psychedelic masterpiece. Make sure you have YouTube display it in HD for the full effect. (This greasemonkey script makes HD YouTube videos much better by the way.)
With careful planning and manipulation, I’m thinking this effect could actually produce some really neat things.
